Family Week: No Saturday Night Service or Summer Cinema on Wednesday. Sunday is Patriotic Tie Family Service!

As Family Week begins this weekend, there will be no Service at all on Saturday night to facilitate Independence Day Family Activities. For the 4th of July we'll have a Family Service featuring our Patriotic Ties! We raised over $220 this year with 11 ties submitted. Great job, kids and thanks to all who supported their efforts!

Of course, there will be no Summer Cinema during Family Week next week!

Chicken Run was a huge success last night with everyone loving the petting farm as well as the movie. We had a record number in attendance so far with over 40 kids and a dozen or so of them were visitors! So Praise the Lord with us! (Pastor Nick took pictures, but then left on vacation so I didn't get them. We'll post them as soon as we get them.

The next movie on the docket is Disney's Pinocchio! A 70 year old classic, but still an excellent movie full of moral lessons! Join us in 2 weeks on July 14th for our next Summer Cinema adventure!

IMPORTANT NEED: We will be operating on a skeleton crew for Pinocchio with most of our Youth group at camp that week, so if you can show up and help us at all that day in ANY way, we would be most appreciative! If you can help just this ONE WEDNESDAY NIGHT, please contact me and let me know. - PK
